The Secret to Making Money in Business

I want to share with you something I was taught about 8 years ago from my business mentor Brendan Nichols.

He helped me understand the significance of focusing on what I want.

And although this may sound simple… its not as easy as you think.

For me, my goal was give me more Choices and Make Money.

Brendan also shared a piece from Marshall Thurber

So if you’re trying to find how to make money in business…

This is what he said….

The only time a business makes money is when it is engaged in the Nexus Point. The nexus point is when You or your Agent (website, salesperson, you, advertising etc) meets a client or customer.

Only a client of customer can provide you with money.

While accounting, washing brushes, setting up jobs, team meetings, book work etc are essential, None of these tasks create a nexus point – The Opportunity to Make Money.

There are Only two areas that create a Nexus Point.

Sales and Marketing

And from my experience building businesses these are the only 2 things that produce money and income.

Everything else is an expense…

Once you understand this distinction…. the quicker you Will move to increasing the financial success of your business.
